ABA SERVICES OFFERED

Our services are specifically designed for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Down Syndrome. While we recognize that many clients present with comorbid conditions such as ADHD, we take those into careful consideration when developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring our clinical focus remains centered on addressing the behavioral and developmental needs associated with ASD and Down Syndrome. Co-morbid conditions are taken into consideration when developing treatment goals when developmentally appropriate. Our ABA services are provided to children from early childhood through adolescence at our center in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. While center-based services serve as the foundation of our care, we also offer community and home-based services when clinically appropriate to promote generalization of skills across settings. Additionally, telehealth services are available to further support our clients when clinically indicated.

Cater 2 Kids ABA Services

Comprehensive

Individualized programs designed to address a wide range of developmental skill areas for children who require significant support. At Cater 2 Kids ABA, our comprehensive programs target multiple domains including communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, cognitive skills, and behavior reduction. Programs are developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivered by trained ABA professionals. All programming is data driven, regularly reviewed, and developed collaboratively with families to ensure goals are meaningful and functional.

 

Focused

At Cater 2 Kids ABA, our focused programs may target areas such as communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, or behavior reduction depending on the individualized needs of the child. Programs are developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivered by trained ABA professionals. All programming is data driven, regularly reviewed, and developed collaboratively with families to ensure goals are meaningful and functional. Focused ABA services are typically provided at a lower intensity than comprehensive services

Group

Group ABA services are structured, evidence-based programs designed to address social and communication skills in a small group setting. At Cater 2 Kids ABA, our group programs provide children with the opportunity to practice and generalize skills such as peer interactions, play skills, turn taking, and social communication in a naturalistic and supportive environment. Group sessions are developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivered by trained ABA professionals. All programming is data driven and individualized to ensure each child is working towards their specific goals within the group setting. Group ABA services complement our comprehensive and focused ABA programs and provide children with valuable opportunities to practice skills with peers in a structured and supportive environment.

Caregiver

Parent and caregiver training is an essential component of ABA services at Cater 2 Kids ABA. Our parent training programs are designed to empower families with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to support their child's development across all environments. Training is individualized and based on the specific needs of the child and family, and may include topics such as implementing behavior intervention strategies, reinforcement techniques, communication support, and generalizing skills learned in the center to the home and community. Parent training is developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is recommended to be conducted in person however telehealth options are available to accommodate the busy schedules of families. All parent training is rooted in ABA principles and is designed to ensure families are active and informed participants in their child's programming. 1.
